Creating a world of equality, justice, and peace requires both outer and inner work, learning, and commitment. This program is for all womxn and embraces an intergenerational, multicultural, multiracial, non-partisan community. Join us for a week of solidarity as we recognize and remember that the most needed revolution is within.

This uplifting week features a remarkable lineup of pioneering yoga teachers, best-selling authors, prominent civil rights activists, and celebrated artists and speakers. Together, we will cultivate the inner resources needed to bring about lasting collective change.

Come experience the best that Kripalu has to offer: Choose one of seven immersive morning programs, plus enjoy additional workshops, keynotes, healthy & delicious food, yoga, dance, and more.

Mornings offer a deepening group experience for self-inquiry and personal empowerment.
Choose a morning program track, and you'll be with the same presenter every morning of the week.

Afternoon sessions are centered around exploration and opportunities to try something new.
Choose from a daily selection of optional indoor and outdoor experiences—sharing circles, panel discussions, hiking trails, yoga, movement, and more. You'll also have time to book Healing Arts spa services, explore our peaceful grounds, or unwind in the sauna or whirlpool.

Evenings sessions offer opportunity for inspiration and motivation.
Inspiring keynotes with powerful, passionate speakers will uplift and ignite the revolution within us all. These new and esteemed voices share an unforgettable message of hope and integration for the journey home.
