Why Kripalu
Kripalu's 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed for the next generation of yoga teachers—those ready to go beyond the foundations and shape a path that reflects who they are and the communities they serve. Unlike traditional advanced trainings with a fixed curriculum, Kripalu’s modular design empowers you to chart your own course, choosing from a range of expertly led modules that deepen your skills and broaden your teaching toolkit. Rooted in the living lineage of Kripalu and informed by decades of experience, this training gives you both freedom and guidance: freedom to follow your calling, and guidance from seasoned teachers who hold you every step of the way.
Kripalu's 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a customizable experience, allowing you to choose the programs that interest you to form a personalized training plan. There are two ways to complete the certification:
Complete three 75-hour and two 40-hour modules OR complete four 75-hour modules.
For either track, Teaching Pranayama: Essential Practices for Yoga Teachers and Guiding Meditation for Transformational Yoga Teaching are required modules. The modules can be completed in any order, and you have five years to complete the program.
